Sachin Sharma is the Founder of Prastaav Legal and an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, commercial litigation, arbitration, constitutional law, regulatory advisory, and white-collar defence. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, APTEL, NGT, CAT, and other specialised tribunals.

Sachin has advised and represented corporates, public sector undertakings, government authorities, developers, and private clients in complex commercial and regulatory disputes involving infrastructure, real estate, arbitration, consumer law, environmental compliance, insolvency-related issues, and constitutional challenges.
